Q: What is Tension Tuesday/Thursday?

A: Every Tuesday & Thursday receive $10.00 Off any
one hour or longer service Including Aesthetician Services.

Q: What is a Free birthday massage? and how do I get one?

A:  We offer 1.5 hour massage for the price of 1.0 massage to our existing
clients on thier birthdays. The free 1.2 hour is our gift to you. Happy Birthday
from all of us at BodyCare

Q: Are Birthday massages transferable?

A: No Birthday massages are not transferable.

Q: Can I take my Birthday massage anytime?

A: No, Only Valid On Your Birth date! No Exceptions

Q: What is the S Club?

A: Get a stamp for every massage received on Sat or Sun. Receive a"FREE" Hour Massage on Saturday or Sunday when card is full.

Q: What if I loose my card?

A: We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. you can
only redeem free massage with a full card at time of appointment.

Q: Do you need an appointment for a massage?

A: We recommend an appointment, but we welcome walk-ins.

Q: What is the difference between a Swedish Massage, a Deep Tissue Massage, or any other Specialty Massages?

A:  Swedish is light to medium pressure great for relaxation and circulation. Deep Tissue is for Deep Muscle work,
great for athletic clients, but can leave you sore. Other Specialty Massages range in differences, but the most requested
is a Therapuetic Massage. That Massage tends to be deep in the areas you need it, and light to medium for the rest of
your body. The Therapist tends to use more creativity in this style massage, letting her use more of her skills in massage
techniques and styles. We also include some Hot Rock work with this massage.

Q:  Do I have to be completely undressed for a massage?

A: No. Its your massage and you wear what your comfortable with. We do suggest you get a better massage completely
undressed, but if your not comfortable with that you will not enjoy the massage. Therefore you do what your comfortable with.
Remember you are always drapped with a sheet or a towel during your massage.

Q: Do I have to have a full hour massage, or can I do 30 minutes?

A: You can do a 30 minute massage, but our prices are really better on the full hour. There are also no discounts on
30 minutes massages on Tuesday/Thurdays.

Q: Do you have to be Eighteen to receive a massage?

A: No, as long as you have Parent consent. Studies show children respond very well to Massage Therapy.
If we give a young child a massage we request that the parent is in the room during the massage until it is
comfortable for the child (and the parent) to be alone with the Therapist.

Q: What is the average tip for an hour massage?

A: The average tip is between $10.00 to $20.00 for an hour massage. We do believe a tip is earned and not expected.

Q: Why is a massage actually only 45 to 50 Minutes long when you call it an hour massage?

A: At BodyCare we give you a Full Hour massage. Your time starts when we come in to start your massage.
The only time you will be shorted is if you come in late, and we have a client scheduled after you. Sometimes
other places include your undress/dress time in the massage time.

Q: Can I request a Therapist?

A: Yes, otherwise you are placed on booking order and you will be rotated in to the next Therapist on booking order.

Q: Why do you give us water after a massage?

A: During a massage we stir up the toxin within your body. Drinking water helps flush the toxin out of your body.
If you don't flush the toxins after a massage you could end up feeling sick afterwards. So please drink water after
each massage.

Q: Are children allowed to wait for us in the lobby?

A: No, we do not have a full time receptionist therefore they may be unattended at times. We also try to keep it
as quiet as possible for the massages in progress. Children in the lobby tend to be loud and its disruptive to the
clients receiving massages. Please find sitters for your children while you receive services at BodyCare.

Q: Do I have to have a Full Body Massage?

A: No, you can request to have only certain areas worked on. Though we believe that other areas can be affected
and may need released also. We may suggest other areas, but ultimately the massage is YOURS and you can
request what you want worked on.
